I have been frequenting this shop for 15 and a half years now because the quality of the food is excellent as is the variety. Very good monthly promotions with many items to choose from. Highly qualified, competent staff who know how to give the right advice and solutions for any problems that puppies or adult/elderly dogs may have during their life journey (diet changes, food designed for sterilized subjects, dermatitis, craving for biting, etc. ...). Both my partner and I are happy to shop for our furry friends (dogs, cats) here at Arcaplanet.

Well stocked, kind sales assistants, but in my case, when I was looking for a tray for cat sand, I didn't find the 5 euro tray that I had to get from a housewares competitor. Those proposals are too expensive

Well-stocked shop, sales assistants always available and super friendly. I've been going there for a couple of years, the orders have changed, but I always find them prepared and friendly. I have the card and they always let me know if there are any offers, very convenient!
